Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director/Vice President of Administrative Services, the Training Manager is responsible for directing, developing, and coordinating training and organizational development programs for all employees of Long Beach Transit.

Here's a quick look at the organization you will join: we provide 22x7 public transportation for Long Beach and other neighboring cities. With a total of 470 Bus Operators, we have 221 buses (including standard buses as well as our smaller Passport vehicles, and others) in service at any one time. We plan to continue offering a wide range of transportation options to Long Beach, and to remain ahead of the curve for public transit.

Salary Structure

Grade 12 - $ 4,897 - $5,994 per month (DOQ) with excellent fringe benefits.
